INDICATIONS
A ready-to-use wireworm and nasal worm remedy for sheep.
COMPOSITION
Contains: Trichlorfon 20 % m/v
CAUTION
STORAGE
Store in a cool, dry place below 25 °C.
WARNINGS
Withdrawal period: Do not slaughter animals for human consumption within 7 days of treatment.
Do not mix or dilute with any unspecified substance.
Sheep must be inoculated against Pulpy Kidney (enterotoxaemia) before dosing.
Animals with severe anaemia and/or stress should be handled with great care during dosing.
Keep away from foodstuffs.
Dispose of empty containers according to local waste disposal regulations and do not reuse for any other purpose.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN, UNINFORMED PERSONS AND ANIMALS.
Although this remedy has been extensively tested under a large variety of conditions, failure thereof may ensue as a result of a wide range of reasons. If this is suspected, seek veterinary advice and notify the registration holder.
Note to doctor: This is an organophosphate. In the event of human consumption
Keep patient fully atropinised and use 2 P.A.M.
Note to veterinarian: In the event of overdosing of animal, give atropine sulphate intravenously at rate of 1,0 mg/10 kg repeatedly to attain effect and thereafter repeat as needed to maintain atropinisation at rate of 0,5 mg/10 kg inject 2 P.A.M. intravenously at rate of 50 mg/kg.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE – USE ONLY AS DIRECTED
Shake well before use.

Dosage Rate:
Dose 50 mg/kg body mass – i.e. 2,5 mℓ per 10 kg body mass. This dose rate also controls the Kokstad strain of Haemonchus contortus.
For the Nooitgedacht strain of Haemonchus contortus, 4 mℓ/10 kg body mass must be dosed.
For Oestrus ovis, 4 mℓ/10 kg body mass must be dosed.
